Mainos · Ad marks an offer a store has paid to show higher up; it is an extra row, and the ordinary list does not change.
A Mainos · Ad row is never shown above an offer in stock that is more than 2 % cheaper.
At most one row in 5 is a Mainos · Ad row.
The store pays per click. The ordinary order is decided by stock, price and delivery, never by payment.
